Residencies / Workshops / Conferences

Welcome to the educational section of my web page. I have been teaching for over 30 years and I consider jazz education for the individual artist an extremely important part of my work. I am currently adjunct faculty at Rhodes College here in Memphis, TN. I am also artist in residence at the EMU jazz workshop in La Plata, Argentina where I teach for one week every November. In addition I am an active member in the IASJ and ISIM music organizations and continue to teach privately at my home studio in Memphis.
